We are seeking an Asset Verification & IBM Maximo Specialist to support physical asset verification, asset criticality assessment, maintenance planning, and Enterprise Asset Management System enablement. The role will combine field-based asset verification with IBM Maximo configuration, asset data management, preventive maintenance planning, and performance reporting.
Key Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience conductingphysical asset verification and inspection.
- Experience performingasset tagging and labelling.
- Experience capturing and maintainingGIS coordinates for physical assets.
- Experience performingasset criticality assessments and risk ranking.
- Experience developingpreventive maintenance plans.
- Hands-on experience withIBM Maximo.
- Experience configuring asset hierarchies and uploading and validating asset data within IBM Maximo.
- Experience setting up work orders and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Experience configuring or supporting KPI dashboards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct physical inspections and verification of assets.
- Execute asset tagging and labelling activities.
- Capture and maintain GIS coordinates for physical assets.
- Perform asset criticality assessments and risk ranking.
- Develop preventive maintenance plans.
- Configure asset hierarchies in IBM Maximo.
- Upload, validate, and maintain asset data within the EAMS.
- Set up work orders and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Support the configuration and maintenance of KPI dashboards.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and quality of asset information.
