Your journey starts here.ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to manage procurement activities from sourcing and negotiation to contract implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities while working closely with category leads, internal stakeholders, and external suppliers. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGSupport the procurement lifecycle across assigned categories: sourcing, supplier evaluation, price negotiations, purchase requisitions, and contract finalization. Coordinate with internal departments (IT, Marketing, Construction, Studio Operations, etc.) to understand needs and deliver timely procurement solutions. Conduct supplier research and benchmarking to identify qualified vendors and ensure competitive pricing. MaIntain accurate documentation and procurement records across platforms and systems. Track and follow up on deliveries, contract timelines, and supplier performance. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, internal controls, and budget allocations.Assist in drafting and reviewing purchase orders, RFQs, and basic contract terms. Collaborate closely with team leads and Head of Procurement on project-based initiatives and process improvements.
