Position Summary:

This role is responsible for leading and supporting Ardelyx's API external manufacturing, inventory management, and contract manufacturing organization (CMO) partners. • Work cross-functionally with Quality Assurance, CMC, and Regulatory Affairs to support supply planning activities, identify potential risks, and develop proactive mitigation plans
• Use ERP systems and planning tools to model scenarios, track supply risks, and optimize logistics. \u00A0Maintain supply chain policies, procedures, and documentation and support training activities as needed

Qualifications:

• BA/BS in a technical, scientific, engineering, supply chain, or related discipline with 6 -8 years of experience in pharmaceutical supply chain or CMC project management.
• Demonstrated experience in API project management or supply chain for a virtual supply chain network
• Experienced in managing external manufacturing relationships
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Detail oriented with strong analytical and computer skills
• Excellent negotiating and problem-solving abilities
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks, manage competing, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

The anticipated annualized base pay range for this full-time position is $135,000 - $165,000. Position Summary:
