Job description
This is a remote position.Collaborate with architects to develop and refine architectural design concepts for residential, commercial, or industrial projects.Create and produce detailed construction drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details using CAD software.Conduct site visits and surveys to gather data essential for design development.Ensure designs comply with all applicable building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.Develop and present 3D models and renderings to communicate design ideas to clients effectively and stakeholders.Research and recommend innovative building materials and construction techniques.Participate in project meetings and discussions to provide technical expertise and design solutions.Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other consultants to ensure project success.Assist in preparing project proposals and presentations.Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail throughout the design process. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role.Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) software and AutoCAD or Revit.Excellent understanding of architectural design principles, construction methods, and building materials.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.A valid driver's license may be required.
