Lead Management: Work through a provided list of leads daily, maintaining accurate records of all conversations and follow-ups. Appointment Scheduling: Successfully set qualified appointments for the sales team and ensure a smooth hand-off. Consistent Communicator: Follow up with prospects via call or text to maintain engagement and increase conversion chances. Who You Are: Confident Communicator: You're great at building rapport and love connecting with all types of people. Fluent English Speaker: You speak and understand English extremely well – your phone presence is clear and professional. Energetic & Enthusiastic: You bring positive energy to every call, keeping conversations lively and engaging. Self-Motivated: You’re goal-oriented and enjoy taking initiative.
