Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor inventory levels, plan replenishment, and minimize obsolete stock
  • Work closely with engineering and procurement teams to ensure timely supply and reduce stockouts
  • Raise and oversee Purchase Requisitions (PR), monitor orders and work with the warehouse team to optimize storage and allocation
  • Maintain inventory records and analyze data trends for better planning
  • Support improvements in inventory control and supply chain processes

Requirements

  • Diploma in any discipline; background or experience in logistics, supply chain, engineering is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in data analysis and visualization using Excel and Power BI, or similar tools
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as Maximo or Oracle will be an added advantage
  • Good communication to engage with internal customers and cross-department teams
