Implement machine learning algorithms and run experiments Build scalable machine learning solutions and benchmarks Curate training and evaluation datasets Optimize models for Neural Processing Units (NPUs) Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field AND 2+ years related experience (e.g., statistics, predictive analytics, research) OR Master's Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field AND 1+ year(s) related experience (e.g., statistics, predictive analytics, research) OR Doctorate in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field Ability to discuss and present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Hands-on experience in training and fine-tuning deep neural networks. Familiarity with ONNX format. Background in building agent-based systems. Applied Sciences IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across Switzerland is CHF 119,200.00 - CHF 195,500.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
