Stock Control and Procedure Compliance:\u00A0 Oversees stock management (Stylist & Uniforms), ensuring that inventory is accurately controlled and that all processes adhere strictly to established procedures.\u00A0
Daily Team Operations:\u00A0 Manages and reports on the daily activities of the team, including monitoring attendance, scheduling, and holiday planning, while ensuring smooth operations.\u00A0
Inventory Replenishment and Analysis:\u00A0 Ensures timely re-stocking and efficient inventory management. Analyzes stock movements to identify trends, patterns, and potential red flags, supporting proactive decision-making.\u00A0
Research and Quality Improvement:\u00A0 Conducts research and testing projects aimed at improving the consistency of dealers' on-camera appearance, ensuring a high-quality visual presentation.\u00A0
Practical Interviews - Stylists:\u00A0 Conducts practical interviews with potential makeup artists
Continuous Improvement & Project Coordination:\u00A0 Identifies innovative approaches to enhance both the quality and productivity of team members' work and coordinates new projects to drive operational excellence.\u00A0

Technical Skills: PC literate with the ability to manage scheduling and communication effectively.
Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work across various shifts in a 24/7 work environment.
