ConnectSquads, the IT Recruitment & Staff Augmentation division of Connectalents, is currently hiring an Analytics & AI Architect for a leading global AI-enhanced research and analytics organization based in Cairo.Job RoleDesign and implement enterprise-scale Analytics, Data, and AI architecturesArchitect modern data platforms using cloud-native technologies and Lakehouse architecturesDesign scalable ETL/ELT frameworks, data pipelines, and data integration solutionsLead Data & AI transformation initiatives for clients across multiple industriesDesign and implement end-to-end Analytics platforms and AI-driven solutionsBuild and optimize modern data ecosystems leveraging Databricks, Snowflake, Spark, and cloud technologiesDesign and implement MLOps frameworks to support model deployment, monitoring, governance, and lifecycle managementSupport AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) initiativesEstablish and enforce Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Lineage, Security, and Compliance standardsTranslate business requirements into scalable technical architectures and implementation roadmapsLead architecture workshops, technical discovery sessions, and solution design discussions with stakeholders and clientsMentor junior team members and provide technical leadership across engagementsEnsure scalability, reliability, performance, and security of all designed solutionsRequirementsWhat Are We Looking ForMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related fieldMinimum 6+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Engineering, Analytics, or a related fieldProven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale Data & AI architecturesHands-on experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP)Strong expertise in Databricks and/or SnowflakeExperience designing and implementing Lakehouse architecturesAdvanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and Apache SparkStrong understanding of ETL/ELT frameworks and modern data engineering practicesExperience building scalable data pipelines and analytics platformsHands-on experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, AWS SageMaker, or Azure Machine LearningExperience deploying and managing containerized applications using Docker and KubernetesStrong knowledge of Data Governance, Data Lineage, Data Quality, Data Security, and Compliance frameworksExperience managing the full Machine Learning lifecycle from development to deployment and monitoringExperience designing and implementing AI/ML solutions in enterprise environmentsKnowledge of Generative AI, Vector Databases, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecturesStrong client-facing and stakeholder management experienceExperience working with clients across multiple industries and business domainsAbility to lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and solution workshopsExperience mentoring junior team members and providing technical leadershipFluent English communication skills, both written and verbalWork ConditionLocation: Cairo, EgyptWork Model: Hybrid (2 days onsite per week)Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PMDays Off: Friday & SaturdayCompany Laptop ProvideBenefitsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive Salary PackageExposure to International Clients and Cross-Industry ProjectsContinuous Learning and Professional Development Opportunities
