Key Responsibilities As an AMHS Engineer, you will: * Collaborate closely with engineers specializing in workflows and machinery to initiate, enhance, and improve AMHS status. * Improve transfer efficiency, productivity, and manage risk within manufacturing lines. * Identify, diagnose, and resolve AMHS issues using problem-solving methodologies. * Coordinate and implement changes in process and equipment for AMHS. * Lead and participate in transfer improvement initiatives. * Handle new transfer baseline qualifications. * Manage, audit, and liaise with team members to achieve AMHS transfer objectives. Qualifications To successfully compete for this role, you should have: * A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience. * Proven experience in AMHS or a similar engineering role. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and collaborative abilities. * The drive to work in a fast-paced, ambitious environment. * A strict attention to detail and a dedication to flawless execution. * Leveraging Artificial Intelligence, Applying Artificial Intelligence, Using Large Language Models and technologies to drive innovation in AMHS operations, enabling faster data analysis, improved decision-making, and significant gains in operational efficiency and productivity.
