The Air Compressor Station Operator is responsible for the routine operation, inspection, and basic maintenance of the air compressors, refrigerant units, and nitrogen generators. The role ensures stable equipment performance, timely reporting of abnormalities, and strict compliance with safety and shift-handover procedures.Main ResponsibilitiesConduct regular inspections of the air compressors, refrigerant system, and nitrogen generator to ensure normal and stable operation.Report any abnormal readings, sounds, or equipment behavior immediately to the supervisor.In the event of a sudden power outage or power restoration, follow the correct start-up and shut-down procedures to safely operate equipment.Ensure accurate and complete shift handover.If an abnormal condition is discovered during inspection, it is the responsibility of the outgoing shift.If the issue is identified after the handover, responsibility lies with the current shift.Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping (6S) within the assigned work area.Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor or department leadershipRequirementsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious experience operating industrial or utility equipment is an assetAbility to follow operating procedures with accuracy and attention to detailBasic knowledge of mechanical or utility systems is preferredStrong sense of safety, discipline, and operational responsibilityReliable, attentive, and able to work with minimal supervisionEffective communication skills and strong teamwork mindsetTraining RequirementsSafety trainingEquipment operation trainingFactory rules and regulationsOther InformationWork Environment: Indoor, equipment-operation setting Work Schedule: Rotating shifts (3/2 system)The Air Compressor Station Operator is responsible for the routine operation, inspection, and basic maintenance of the air compressors, refrigerant units, and nitrogen generators.
