Job Description:Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Engineer to join our growing team at Fulcrum Digital. As an AI Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing AI solutions that drive business value for our clients. You will work on a variety of projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI-driven applications.Key Responsibilities:Algorithm Development:Design, implement, and optimize machine learning algorithms to address business challenges.Work on data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training/validation.Model Deployment:Deploy machine learning models into production environments, ensuring scalability and reliability.Collaborate with DevOps teams for seamless integration of AI solutions into existing systems.Data Analysis:Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover insights and patterns in large datasets.Work closely with data scientists to understand project requirements and goals.Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, data scientists, and product managers, to deliver integrated solutions.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance code quality.Continuous Learning:Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI and machine learning technologies.Actively contribute to the company's knowledge base through sharing best practices and conducting internal training sessions.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in real-world applications.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.Strong understanding of deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and traditional machine learning algorithms.Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.Preferred Skills:Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
