Job description
The Role
Support the implementation of AI products across all layers of maturity measurement: define stage criteria, run progression reviews, and drive sunset decisions for initiatives that fail to mature
Operate business case evaluation governance (scoring framework, value attestation standards, and post-deployment ROI), co-owning rigor with Finance
Author and maintain AI risk policy, responsible-AI standards, and review checklists; conduct model risk reviews and produce the risk-clearance section of every IT handoff package
Liaise with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and IT Security; lead audit support for AI/automation audit findings
Conduct quarterly portfolio health reviews and maintain the regulatory horizon scan (EU AI Act, US state AI laws, ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF)
Curate, maintain, and propagate the shared playbook library of repeatable patterns; feed post-deployment learnings back into it
Co-own workforce change and training with HR for every major initiative; author change plans and lead the change champion network
Co-own outcome measurement and the value memo cadence with Finance; define and instrument KPIs per initiative
Build and run the AI literacy and enablement program at scale; build and steward the internal AI knowledge platform
Manage AI vendor enablement at the user-experience layer
Author the change and training sections of every IT handoff package
The Requirements
8+ years in technology risk, governance, organizational change management, enablement, or a related field
3+ years working with AI/ML risk or model governance, or with enterprise technology rollouts
Demonstrated experience in regulated environments or building enablement programs at scale
Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
Strong analytical, documentation, content, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Insurance or financial services background
Master's degree or specialized certification (CISA, CRISC, AI governance, Prosci / ADKAR)
Experience with EU AI Act, ISO 42001, or NIST AI RMF
Background in CX analytics or business outcome measurement
Experience with Microsoft Viva or SharePoint knowledge management
Auditor or audit-liaison experience
