Technical Expertise: • Landscaping & Ornamental Plants – Proficiency in maintaining lawns, cut flowers, and shrubs. • Fruit Trees – Experience in pruning, grafting, and regular fertilization, especially date palms and citrus trees. • Irrigation Systems – Ability to design, operate, and maintain irrigation networks. Health & Preventive Skills: • Pest Diagnosis – Ability to identify insect and fungal infestations and nutrient deficiencies. • Pesticide Management – Knowledge of safe pesticide types and correct application methods. Administrative & Field Skills: • Workforce Supervision – Ability to lead workers and monitor productivity. • Scheduling – Prepare annual maintenance plans (fertilization, mowing, preventive spraying). • Cost Management – Procure farm supplies (seeds, fertilizers) with optimal quality and cost. Logistical Requirements: • Driving License – Must have a valid license for field mobility. • Physical Fitness – Ability to work under various climatic conditions. Additional Conditions: RequirementsQualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, preferably in Horticulture.
