Our client, a real estate developer specialized in high-end residential projects in RAK is looking for an Administrative officer.The Administrative Officer provides operational and administrative support to real estate development projects and the corporate office. The role involves client documentation, SPA/reservation preparation, project coordination, ERP support, authority submissions, and maintaining professional communication across departments and external.Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Office Coordination• Coordinate with Development Departments• Prepare reports, letters, memos, and meeting minutes• Prepare and issue Reservation Forms, SPAs (Sales & Purchase Agreements), Addendums, and clientcorrespondence.• Coordinate between Sales, to ensure all client documents are accurate and approved.• Maintain updated logs for SPA issuance, client signatures, compliance documents, and registrationrequirements.• Assist in preparing client welcome packs, handover packs, and communication lettersDocument Control & Compliance• Maintain and organize project documents (contracts, permits, NOCs)• Renewal submissions to authorities (Municipality, RERA, RAK DED, RAKEZ, etc.)• Maintain digital and physical filing systems and document logs• Ensure compliance with digital approval processes and internal document controls.ERP System Support• Upload and maintain documents within Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP• Ensure workflow compliance and data accuracy in the systemClient & Stakeholder Coordination• Assist with client communication and documentation• Email communication with clients follows upsRequirementsSkills & Competencies• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities• Excellent documentation and administrative skills• Familiarity with real estate development processes• Strong communication and teamwork skills• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite preferred)• Minimum 3 years administrative experience• Real estate or construction experience preferred• ERP system experience is an advantageBenefitsCompensation & Benefits Package• Competitive salary• Entitlement to one round-trip air ticket to the employee’s home country• Provided upon completion of 12 months of continuous service• Medical Insurance• End-of-service benefits (gratuity) as per UAE Labour Law• Annual leave entitlement as per contract• Public holidays as per UAE law• Standard working hours 9.00 am to 6.00. pm following company policy• Professional development and training opportunities• Internal growth and promotion consideration upon completion of 12 months of continuousservice
