This includes the development of a strategic salesplan as well as the identification of new opportunities and referral sources. This position requires substantial knowledgeof the local referral base and the local competitive landscape. Responsible for oversight of development andimplementation of marketing plans and marketing strategies, including planning, coordinating, and directing all marketingefforts. And for ensuring all materials and activities promote and maintain the presence of AdaptHealth’s brand in themarket.Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities:Provide leadership to the sales team and develops sales strategies by studying economic indicators, trackingchanges in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring competitionBuild strategic relationships within your account base, across a matrix of roles and areas of expertise, including executive-level personnelMaximize, drive, and achieve revenue and margin goals while staying within the allocated budgetManage and deliver on issue resolution and customer satisfaction within your account baseDemonstrate a broad comprehension of the customer’s needs, market trends, industry challenges, major players, relevant products, and technologiesResults oriented, organized, efficient and resourceful collaborator at ease in a dynamic collaborative environment.Provide leadership and accountability by coaching, developing, and retaining a high performing sales teamDemonstrate consistency in achieving both admit and census goals by monitoring and assessing the progress and development of each Account Executive/Territory. Prompt attention and action to any gap in performance to budgeted expectations and barriers related to these gapsBuild a high performing Sales Team by recruiting and hiring top sales talentCompile, communicate, and execute best practices in the field. Help develop innovative ideas, protocols, and efficiencies for maximizing marketing resources to grow market shareDevelop a collaborative partnership with the Operation Leadership team.
