Responding to resource requests
Facilitating the allocation of the right person to the right job.
Be a senior part of the team and work closely with management.

Qualifications

3 to 5 years’ end to end Project Management experience.
Demonstrable experience as project manager working within a technical consultancy on applications, software or infrastructure projects.
Proven multi-project management experience.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to facilitate decision making.
Problem solving and ‘can do’ attitude.
Advanced oral and written communication skills, including presentation and writing proposals.
Negotiation skills.
Risk mitigation and crisis management.
Budget management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate with all levels in the organisation (technical, business, executive).
Strong analytical skills - proactively gather the right data to make the right decisions.
Strong influencing skills.
