Key responsibilities

Welcoming new clients to the service and introducing the set-up process
Following up information requests and collecting completed briefs
Passing completed briefs to the appropriate creative department
Ensuring all client details are accurately entered into our in-house CRM system
Working with clients and the creative departments to ensure the delivery of a world-class audio branding service that meets and exceeds expectations
Working collaboratively to achieve collective goals and objectives

Skills, knowledge and experience

Experience in a results-driven customer services environment
Strong focus and organizational skills
Experience taking client briefs and dealing with others to ensure briefs are met
Good knowledge of Microsoft and CRM applications
An understanding of branding and its commercial benefits to a B2B customer
The drive to hit ambitious targets
Strong attention to detail
The ability to clearly communicate company value to clients
Enthusiasm, motivation and a positive attitude
First-class verbal and written communication skills, including excellent listening skills
