Overview

The A.C.Coy Company has an immediate opening for an Accounts Receivable Analyst. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree and some previous experience with credit, collections, accounts receivable or basic accounting tasks.
Responsibilities
- Review credit terms for new and existing customers
- Actively work to follow up on past-due invoices via phone, email, dunning letters, and other activities as needed to ensure accounts become current
- Analyze and resolve accounts receivable discrepancies, short payments, or other inaccuracies
- Create and maintain accurate records regarding vendor accounts
- Act as backup support for accounting related functions
Qualifications
Education Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Experience Required:
- Prior experience in an accounts receivable role or general accounting position
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to call and speak with vendors regarding invoices
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
