(thedaybreak.com)Job OverviewAs an Account Executive for our Direct-to-Consumer Sleep Apnea company, you will be responsible for engaging with hot, inbound leads while utilizing multiple channels, including texts, calls, and emails. Your primary goal will be to effectively communicate the benefits of our MAD (Mandibular Advancement Device) products, convert leads into sales, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Warm Lead Engagement: Initiate and maintain contact with hot leads through a combination of texts, calls, and emails to understand their needs and effectively present product solutions.Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our MAD devices, their features, benefits, and applications to effectively communicate their value proposition.Sales Conversion: Employ persuasive sales techniques to convert leads into customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.Relationship Building: Foster strong, long-term relationships with customers by providing personalized service and ongoing support.CRM Management: Utilize CRM software to track lead interactions, update customer information, and ensure accurate sales records.Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights for product development and sales strategy.Qualifications and Skills:At least 0-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (internships or entry-level roles may be considered)Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong desire to meet or exceed targets.Able to handle rejection and persevere, continuing to pursue opportunitiesAdaptable and able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environmentCustomer-centric with strong focus on understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional serviceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBachelor's degreeTop earners $160k+ ($52-61k base, uncapped commission with accelerator tiers)Daybreak is an equal opportunity employer.
