Startec is currently recruiting an Estimation Lead to work at our Calgary Glenmore Office location (Suite 240, 4000 Glenmore Court SE, Calgary, AB, T2C 5R8). Reporting to the Applications Engineering Manager within the Applications department, the Estimation Lead is responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving labour and material estimating tools used for fabrication and packaging estimates.This role supports accurate project costing, production planning, and bid preparation by analyzing fabrication workflows, historical performance data, and material usage trends. The successful candidate will work closely with Applications Engineering and Production to standardize estimating methodologies and enhance the accuracy and efficiency of fabrication estimates. This is a full-time or contract opportunity.
