Job description
For more than 60 years, our organization has helped individuals and families across North America better understand and access programs designed to provide additional financial protection.
Through established relationships with unions, associations, and membership groups, we have built our reputation around dependable service, personalized support, and long-term relationships.
Our workplace reflects those same values. We believe people perform at their best when they have access to the right training, technology, mentorship, and opportunities to develop professionally. As our organization continues to expand, we're looking for motivated individuals who want flexibility, meaningful work, and the opportunity to build a lasting career.
Your Role
As part of our remote team, you'll work directly with individuals and families who need assistance understanding and managing their available benefit programs.
You'll serve as a consistent point of contact, helping clients navigate their options, answering questions, and making complicated information easier to understand. The goal is to provide an experience that is professional, informative, and supportive from the initial conversation through continued service.
Rather than simply handling transactions, you'll focus on developing relationships and becoming someone clients feel comfortable turning to when they need assistance.
What You'll Do
Communicate with clients through phone and virtual appointments
Develop positive, professional relationships with the families you assist
Review benefit and coverage information based on individual needs
Explain programs and options in straightforward, understandable language
Respond to questions regarding coverage, account changes, and service requests
Assist with electronic forms, applications, and other documentation
Provide timely follow-up and continued client support
Maintain accurate and organized client information
Collaborate with team leaders to improve the overall client experience
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development

Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and develop new skills
