This position reports to:
Service Contract Manager__
You will lead the delivery of contract management services for the local business, product group, or country, ensuring that all contract management activities are carried out in full alignment with group, division, and business directives, as well as company procedures and the established contract management framework.
The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Client Support & Service Delivery: Maintain regular contact with key clients and support them in commissioning, repairs, and resolution of service requests
- Supply Chain Management: Verify lead times of spare parts to ensure timely resolution of customer orders and maintain service level agreements
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all activities are carried out in compliance with company safety directives and quality standards
- Documentation & Administration: Coordinate with production, quality, and technical support departments; ensure all invoicing documents are complete and meet requirements
Qualifications for the role:
- 7–10 years of experience in commercial operations or similar field
- Proven experience working in international team environments
- Knowledge of UPS business and operations
- Proficiency with SAP enterprise system
- Proficiency with MS Office package
- Italian language proficiency (mother tongue)
- English language proficiency (B2 level minimum)
