As a District Manager, you’ll lead, coach, and develop producers, ensuring consistent field execution and building a scalable team. This role combines district leadership, business development, and field production, requiring an active life & health insurance license.Key Responsibilities: Train, coach, and develop agents/producers to build a strong pipeline of future leaders. Oversee onboarding and field training to ensure consistent standards and timely completion. Lead district enrollment strategy, coordinate schedules, and drive premium growth by opening new groups and strengthening account penetration. Set regular team rhythms and monitor district metrics, providing ongoing coaching and ensuring compliance. Maintain consistent enrollment activity and a healthy producer base. Performance Expectations: Develop district talent and maintain a strong recruiting pipeline. Reinforce onboarding and coaching to improve retention and conversion. Meet district production targets and uphold high quality standards. Requirements: Experienced team leaders in voluntary benefits with current Life, Accident/Health licenses.
