Working closely with our product developers, we select and monitor vendors and suppliers who can meet our high engineering and quality standards. In addition, we perform regular auditing and undertake design and development engineering assignments to develop new products or update existing products. We’re also experts in establishing systems and procedures to enhance overall quality.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field and expect to graduate between February 2026 to Aug 2027
• Analyze quality and manufacturing data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Develop and optimize data analysis or digital tools to improve operational efficiency of SQE team
• Interest in quality engineering and supplier quality, with a focus on notebook (NB) product quality management
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, and project management skills

Desirable Requirements

• Experience with programming or scripting languages, such as Python, is preferred

You will:

• Consolidate and analyze supplier quality and manufacturing data.
• Collaborate with Commodity and Platform Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE) teams to identify and drive quality improvements
• Develop data-driven insights and recommendations to support process optimization and solve quality issues.
• Learn how supplier quality management supports Dell's product quality and customer experience by participating in supplier process reviews and improvement initiatives.
• Gain exposure to Dell's global suppliers and cross-functional teams
