As a Business Systems Analyst Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience working with business leaders and technology teams to deliver solutions that support critical business operations. Business Systems Analysts and Product Analyst serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping ensure solutions meet customer and business needs.What You Will Do Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, and opportunities Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business and system requirements Support technology projects from discovery through implementation Create process maps, user stories, requirements documentation, and presentations Collaborate with software developers, project teams, and business users to support solution delivery Assist with data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development using business intelligence tools. Participate in testing activities, issue identification, and solution validation Help evaluate new tools, technologies, and process improvements Develop insights and recommendations that help create value for customers and the business Work closely with software developers, project managers, and quality assurance teams throughout the project lifecycle. Present findings and project results to stakeholders and leadership teams Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Currently enrolled in a degree in: Management Information Systems, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Data Analytics or related technical field with at least one semester or term remaining after the internship Eligible for full-time work by August 2028 Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiencesFamiliarity with generative AI tools and the ability to leverage AI responsibly to support research, analysis, problem-solving and productivity Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring visa transfer or visa sponsorship What Will Put You Ahead Previous internship, project, or leadership experience demonstrating analytical and problem-solving skills.
