This individual serves as an executive-level point of accountability, ensuring an exceptional client experience while driving retention, operational excellence, and revenue growth across a specialized healthcare vertical. This role is ideal for a highly experienced account leader with strong executive presence, strategic business acumen, and a proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior care executives, operators, and multi-site healthcare leaders.
