As a Data Specialist, you will be responsible for rolling out our company’s territory plan and maintain accuracy of our Total Addressable Market (TAM) database. You must demonstrate strong attention to detail, awareness of interdependencies across multiple work streams, and curiosity to drive improvements in our territory planning process. We trust you to collaborate with others, form intelligent opinions, and present your thoughts to decision-makers. To apply for a Data Specialist role, you are excellent at: Be responsible for primary support for Sales Representatives from different regions globally. Manage account queries, claims and necessary structure updates as per Sales Operations procedures Become familiar with the different sales segment and their respective processes Receive change requests and act as a data field owner for sensitive data and secure approvals. Communicate and enforcement of data policies for sales representatives/territories Manage all sales operations queries or escalate if not resolved as per defined policies and framework Ability to work independently and be part of a collaborative work environment Pass on any suggestions, feedback or escalations to the appropriate internal Sales Support and Operations team Your Success Profile includes: 3-5 years of experience with Data Analytics Report and Dashboard maintenance, automation, design, and creation skills Adaptable and has experience with any or similar platforms Jira, RingLead, Snowflake (SQL Scripting) or RingLead Experience in assisting with data hygiene or any ad hoc projects across CRM applications Open to college graduate and undergraduate with relevant work experience Has experience working with any or similar applications such as Salesforce, ServiceNow and Zoom Experience with RingLead and SQL scripting is a plus Amenable to work during the Night Shift (PST Time zone, Tuesdays to Saturdays) Ability to evaluate complex processes and apply critical-thinking skills.
