Together, you’ll deliver consistent, scalable, and locally relevant talent programs throughout the employee lifecycle.You’ll also lead and develop members of the local Talent team while helping create an inclusive, high-performing workplace and supporting compliance with Mexican employment requirements.WHAT YOU’LL DOTalent Strategy, Business Partnership, and Employee ExperiencePartner with BCN Mexico leadership to deliver talent strategies aligned with business prioritiesWork with the Senior Director of Talent to lead annual talent processes in Mexico, including performance management, talent reviews, compensation planning support, professional development, and benefitsPartner with leaders to identify, develop, engage, and retain high-performing talentPromote Bain’s Operating Principles and help strengthen an inclusive and high-performing workplace cultureAdvise leaders on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee developmentTranslate regional and global talent initiatives into effective local programsUse workforce data and people insights to support talent decisions and identify improvement opportunitiesRecruitingHelp identify annual and future workforce needs for BCN MexicoDevelop and manage campus and experienced-hire recruiting strategies in partnership with business leadersGuide the Recruiting team and support the development of recruiting plans based on business needsHelp the Recruiting team develop dashboards and provide regular updates to leadershipPartner with the India Recruiting Lead to identify and adopt relevant best practicesTalent OperationsDeliver talent priorities that support business growth and operational effectivenessIdentify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve human resources processesSupport organizational change initiatives and business transformationsHelp ensure consistent delivery of talent programs throughout the employee lifecycleEmployee Relations and ComplianceServe as the primary contact for complex employee relations matters within BCN MexicoHelp ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policiesPartner with Legal and human resources teams to manage employee-related risks and resolve workplace mattersSupport investigations and recommend appropriate actions when neededPeople LeadershipLead and develop members of the local Talent team through coaching, feedback, and performance managementEncourage collaboration across human resources functions and business teamsBuild strong partnerships across regional and global Talent teamsABOUT YOUYou hold a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related fieldYou have at least 12 years of progressive experience in human resources or talent managementExperience within a global professional services organization is preferredYou have experience across talent acquisition, talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and performance managementYou have working knowledge of Mexican labor legislation and employment practicesYou have experience managing, coaching, and developing a teamYou are fluent in Spanish and have advanced English skills, with the ability to represent Bain and BCN Mexico with senior stakeholders, candidates, and external partnersYou have strong executive presence and stakeholder management skillsYou can influence senior leaders and act as a trusted adviser on talent mattersYou have strong analytical, judgment, and problem-solving skillsYou are highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed, global environmentYou are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and can support dashboards, analysis, and leadership reportingWHAT MAKES US A GREAT PLACE TO WORKWe are proud to be consistently recognized as one of the world’s best places to work.
