Job Openings Registered Nurse ICU About the job Registered Nurse ICU Position: Registered Nurse - ICU Level: Mid-Level Location: Lewiston, Idaho, USA Work Arrangement: On-site Key Responsibilities: - Deliver exceptional patient care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), ensuring compliance with established protocols and standards. - Monitor and assess patient conditions, implement necessary interventions, and document outcomes accurately. - Collaborate effectively with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care. - Educate patients and families about care plans, procedures, and post-hospitalization care. - Maintain a consistently professional, cooperative, and team-oriented approach to healthcare delivery. Required Qualifications: - Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure or eligibility to practice in the state of Idaho. - Minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing. - At least 2 years of experience in an ICU setting. - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (or willingness to obtain within 3 months of hire). - NIH Stroke Scale certification (or willingness to obtain within 3 months of hire). Work Schedule: - 12-hour shifts, with availability for both day (7:00 AM7:00 PM) and night shifts (7:00 PM7:00 AM). - Shift differentials available for evening and night shifts.
