Job Openings Business Analyst About the job Business Analyst Job Title: Business Analyst Pharma Industry Location: Surat Report to: Program Manager Role Summary We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in the pharmaceutical industry to join our dynamic team in Surat. The successful candidate will support the business in analyzing and improving operational processes, driving growth initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects. The role will involve conducting thorough analysis, developing business solutions, and contributing to the development of strategies in the healthcare and pharma sectors. Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Strategy Development: Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, operations, and market trends within the pharmaceutical industry.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business needs, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.Define business requirements and document detailed functional specifications for new projects and initiatives.Develop and propose solutions, focusing on system optimizations and process improvements. Project Management & Execution: Work closely with program managers to support the successful execution of projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring they meet established timelines and quality standards.Provide continuous reporting on project progress and recommend adjustments when necessary to ensure timely delivery.Coordinate between cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflow. Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, clients, and regulatory bodies.Present business analysis findings and project updates to senior leadership and other relevant teams.Facilitate regular check-ins with teams to track project progress and resolve issues quickly. Industry Expertise & Compliance: Stay current with industry regulations, trends, and advancements in the pharmaceutical sector, particularly in Trade generics.Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards in all projects and business operations.Provide guidance on industry-specific business processes and identify areas for improvement. Experience & Skills Required Industry Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industries.Proven track record of working in pharma-related fields, with knowledge of trade generics and associated regulations. Skills & Abilities: Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and transform complex data into actionable insights.Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Familiarity with project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Power BI, JIRA, etc.). Qualifications Required: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.Preferred: MBA or Master's Degree in a relevant discipline.
