Job Openings Technical Business Analyst About the job Technical Business Analyst We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, working closely with stakeholders and technical teams. The role requires strong requirements gathering and process analysis skills, Agile delivery experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers and architects in a fast-paced digital environment.Job Scope Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal development team. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders. Translate client needs and feedback into detailed technical specifications for developers. Facilitate meetings, walkthroughs, and discussions to clarify requirements and ensure project alignment. Review technical deliverables and ensure they meet business expectations. Support project management activities such as timeline tracking, sprint planning, and issue escalation. Communicate effectively in Mandarin and English to bridge understanding between client and technical teams. Provide functional and technical support during testing, UAT, and deployment phases. Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of solutions. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. At least 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Project Coordinator/Manager capacity. Solid understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in requirements gathering, user story creation, and bridging technical and business discussions.
