The role focuses on project planning, cost control, subcontractor coordination, and client interface while ensuring safe and efficient delivery of project scope. The Project Manager will oversee the Construction Manager and site execution teams while maintaining strict control over project schedule, budget, and contractual obligations. Key Responsibilities Lead overall project execution from mobilization through completion. Maintain strict control of project budget, manpower costs, and subcontractor scope. Oversee the Construction Manager and site team responsible for field execution. Act as the primary coordination point with the main contractor and client representatives. Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with schedule and cost targets. Identify scope changes and manage variation requests and commercial adjustments. Coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction activities. Ensure compliance with refinery safety procedures and site regulations. Conduct regular project progress meetings and report project status to management. Manage project documentation, reporting, and close-out activities.
