It is an ideal opportunity for those looking to start or pivot their career in a global consulting environment.WHAT YOU’LL DOAs a Manager’s Assistant, you’ll provide high-quality administrative and operational support to Bain Managers who are primarily based outside Poland. To support your learning curve, your responsibilities will grow progressively—you’ll start by supporting one Manager, with the potential to support up to five over time.Your responsibilities may include:Managing complex calendars and international travel arrangements using MS Outlook and other internal Bain toolsSupporting Managers with internal, non-consulting assignmentsBuilding and maintaining strong working relationships with senior stakeholders and key contactsProviding logistical and technical support for meetings, workshops, and conferencesConducting online researchProcessing time and expense submissions accurately and efficientlyABOUT YOUYou’re motivated, organized, and excited to build a career in a fast-paced, international consulting environment.
