You'll help reduce vulnerabilities at the point of code creation, translate security risks into practical guidance for developers, and communicate security progress effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.What You'll DoAs an Application Security Engineer, you will:Own and operate application security scanning capabilities, including Static Application Security Testing (SAST), Software Composition Analysis (SCA), secret detection, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) scanning.Lead the deployment and adoption of Wiz Code across development teams and CI/CD pipelines.Define and maintain secure coding standards and policy-as-code practices.Integrate security scanning into developer IDEs, pull request workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.Configure and optimize scanning rules to improve detection quality while minimizing false positives.Develop dashboards and reporting to measure application security posture, remediation progress, and key performance indicators.Build automation that streamlines vulnerability triage, ticket creation, and remediation workflows.Serve as a trusted security partner for development teams, supporting security issues through resolution.Evaluate emerging application security technologies and recommend improvements to the security tooling ecosystem.Develop documentation, developer guidance, and onboarding materials that enable teams to adopt secure development practices.Monitor, triage, and prioritize security findings, partnering with engineering teams to drive timely remediation of critical vulnerabilities.Identify recurring security patterns and implement long-term improvements that reduce organizational risk.Support application security investigations, root cause analysis, and compliance activities.Provide clear communication on application security risks, remediation progress, and program maturity.Advocate for security-by-design principles and help foster a culture of shared responsibility for secure software development.About YouRequired QualificationsUndergraduate degree or equivalent relevant work experience.2–4 years of experience in Application Security, DevSecOps, or a related security or software engineering role.Experience with application security concepts including SAST, SCA, secret scanning, and Infrastructure-as-Code scanning.Understanding of common software vulnerabilities, including the OWASP Top 10, CVEs, and software dependency risks.Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.Ability to communicate security risks clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Wiz Code or similar application security platforms such as Snyk, Semgrep, Checkmarx, or Veracode.Experience working with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code technologies such as Terraform or CloudFormation.Experience using Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages for automation.Knowledge of secure software development frameworks such as OWASP SAMM or NIST SSDF.Relevant security certifications such as Security+, GWEB, CASE, or equivalent training.Working ModelThis role follows a hybrid model, requiring in-office presence at least one day per week.Please submit your resume in English to be considered. Job Openings IT Support & Application Support Intern About the job IT Support & Application Support Intern Overview We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Support & Application Support Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to IT support, application maintenance, and project coordination within a dynamic enterprise environment. The intern will work closely with experienced engineers to support daily IT operations, maintain internal applications, and participate in technology improvement initiatives. Responsibilities IT Support Provide Level 1 technical support for end-users through onsite, remote, email, and ticketing channels. Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including device setup, user account creation, Microsoft 365 configuration, and access provisioning. Support the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of laptops, desktops, printers, Microsoft 365 applications, VPNs, and office IT equipment. Assist in managing IT assets, including inventory tracking, software installation, warranty records, and equipment allocation. Support routine IT maintenance, documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Work with internal users and vendors to resolve day-to-day technical issues. Application Support and Development Support Application Management activities, including incident resolution, service requests, application enhancements, and user support. Assist in developing and maintaining internal applications and tools (e.g., Estimation Tool). Perform basic bug fixing, testing, deployment, and technical documentation under the guidance of senior engineers. Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities. Assist in troubleshooting application issues and documenting resolutions. Project and PMO Support Support IT infrastructure and application projects by coordinating project documentation, timelines, meeting minutes, action items, and status updates. Assist with project tracking, reporting, and stakeholder follow-ups. Participate in process improvement and technology initiatives across the IT team. Requirements Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, networking fundamentals, or programming concepts. Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, or SQL is an advantage. Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), testing, or debugging is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn new technologies. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
